He’s also the founder of Pedego Electric Bikes, a top electric bike brand with over 240 stores across North America. With a background in automotive, tech, and e-mobility, Don now leads Genius while advising other startups through investment and mentorship. A lifelong advocate for sustainable transportation, he also enjoys boating, skiing, classic cars, and community giving.
As CTO of Genius Car Wash, Mark leads the development of the company’s digital systems—from automation and payments to customer experience and operational tools. With over a decade of experience building web-based platforms across industries, he brings deep expertise in software architecture, marketing automation, and enterprise integrations. Mark is also the founder of TicketSocket and a trusted advisor to startups, known for scaling backend systems and forging high-impact partnerships.
Gene brings decades of engineering and entrepreneurial experience to Genius Car Wash. He’s launched multiple tech and home automation companies—including one acquired by ADT and another that became part of Bravas, the nation’s largest luxury smart home integrator. After a brief retirement, Gene now leads site development and construction at Genius. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, building things, and riding anything with two wheels.
Andrew is a dedicated operator with over 20 years of customer service experience. He brings a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and team leadership to Genius, ensuring that both customers and employees have a positive experience. Andrew’s deep understanding of customer needs, paired with his hands-on approach to operations, has helped improve service standards and boost customer loyalty. Known for his reliability and problem-solving skills, Andrew takes pride in delivering consistently excellent results and a spotless finish—every time.
Kiara supports site selection, strategic planning, and digital initiatives at Genius Car Wash. With a background in real estate and entrepreneurship, she plays a key role in identifying high-potential locations, analyzing market data, and shaping brand strategy. Kiara is also involved in community outreach and content development, helping ensure Genius stays innovative, efficient, and customer-focused. She is currently completing her studies at Chapman University, where she focuses on business, real estate, and entrepreneurship.
